Keller’s place, opened in 1994, is one of National Register of Historic Places since its located in an amazing building of the 1900s. The new modern design it’s a way to combine the historic and the contemporary style in the restaurant.
The new design is an innovative and functioning space that will allow the Keller’s team to keep up with the evolution of the catering market while keeping the high-quality cuisine and service that the guests expect from The French Laundry.

The three-Michelin-starred restaurant located in Yountville (California) was a complete renovation project, since the design firm, SNØHETTA, changed the interior decor and the architectural structure into a work of art with a modern look.
The four-year renovation project ended up in an exquisite luxury restaurant. The multiple wood types and colors of the original interior decor were sanded and stained to a single rich walnut tone.
In the place where the magic happens the changes were enormous! This new space not only offers 25 percent more working space than the previous kitchen but also helps to transform a high-pressure Michelin-starred restaurant kitchen into a lively and authentic creative space.
