Armani Casa Has a New House Designed by Cesar Pelli

With the collaboration with Cesar Pelli, the new house for Armani Casa was born and Interior Design Shops was to share with you its outstanding interior design and decoration performed by Giorgio Armani.

The Studio Pelli Architects, led by Pelli Clarke, was also responsible for the design of many prestigious projects worldwide, including the World Financial Center in New York, Petronas Towers in Malaysia and the International Finance Centre in Hong Kong.

The project for the 60-story Residences by Armani Casa are the result of a partnership between Jorge Pérez, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Related Group, and Gil Dezer, the president of Dezer Development.

The luxury tower includes 260 luxury units which will be priced between $ 1.2 million and $ 5.5 million. Pelli’s contemporary glass tower reflects the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Transparency, luxury, and sophistication are the fundamental elements that compose this project. The result is a dream-like place suspended between earth and sky, where prevails an ambiance of serenity, elegance, and true luxury.

“Trump. Porsche. Armani. It’s a niche market I’m creating,” said the president of Dezer Development, Gil Dezer. He then proceeded to say: “We’re getting luxury brands to join us on the buildings. It makes for amazing projects.”

“This is going to appeal to the same type of buyer as Porsche. They will be equally luxurious but lesser priced, strictly because they will be smaller units,” added Mr. Dezer.

The interior design was carefully performed by the renowned Giorgio Armani, furnishing the interiors with the best and refined quality materials, along with extreme beauty and elegance, characteristics of designer’s works.
