Today we present Ojuara Tapiocaria, a new brazilian retail brand dedicated to the sale of tapioca. The store and all the concept was designed and developed by Estúdio Jacarandá.
The design of functional and decorative elements were inspired in the source of tapioca by the Indians and their appropriation by the people of Pernambuco.
One example is the wall cabinet that has reference to the facades of the northeastern hinterland with Art Deco influence, woodcuts, unique indigenous objects and the counter with vernacular ornaments present in truck bodies.
The color pallet, composed by green, orange and magenta colors, reinforces the Brazilian northeastern aesthetics.
The store is compact, and its format refers to a food truck, but at a fixed space, where tapioca is prepared, in front of the customers, who can quit the store eating while walking.
