The trendy Italian designer Roberto Cavalli opened his first restaurant and lounge in the United States, and the chosen place was bustling Miami. In a two floor structure of art deco style on famous Ocean Drive, the unique style of Cavalli is printed in all environments.
“I wanted to combine my passion for beauty and sensuality to create a single project in Miami. The pleasure of listening to good music accompanied by great food in great company, this is the essence of the Cavalli Miami, “explains the designer. The project was designed collaboratively between Cavalli and Italian architect Italo Rota, reflecting the spirit taken by fashion stylist with a lot of luxury and innovation. Chairs with jaguar and zebra prints, tropical style tablecloths, and other details are part of the Home Collection of Italian brand.
Who runs the kitchen is Italian chef Stefano Mazzi, which selects the freshest to exalt the typical flavors of Italy with Tuscan influences and seasonal ingredients gastronomic innovations. For the boss, who was born in Tuscany, cooking has always meant much more than the ingredients, preparation techniques and results.
