The New Versace Boutique Is In Florida! – From its unique Medusa logo to its enthusiastic use of Midas-worthy Greek key bordering, everyone knows that the luxury brand loves everything that is gilded!
The use of sustainable materials is starting to be a leading decor trend, and the Versace brand wanted to introduce this design concept in their luxury shops as soon as possible… This month, with the opening of the latest Versace boutique in Bal Harbour (Florida), the Italian fashion house has made the ultimate commitment to a gleaming future since all of the interior design of the luxury shop has been certified as LEED Gold-level.
The store design was created by the French architect, Gwenael Nicolas, founder of the 20-year-old, Tokyo-based firm known as Curiosity. The luxury project features a hand-assembled mosaic made of recycled glass, recomposed marble details (to minimize the depletion of raw materials) and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified wood in the internal structure.
All of the design details were thought carefully for the good of the environment! From the Dimmable LED lights, a climate control system to the adjustable lighting design, the luxury store ensures that all of the space’ activities causes a minimal impact on the planet.
