The Design Project For La Cresta Sales Office In Hong Kong – This modern design project from the Chinese design studio is one of the contestants for the Covet International Awards 2018 contestants, a design competition created by the distinguished Covet Group.

The design project for the new La Cresta Sales Office was designed by the Ptang Studio Limited, created in 1997. From small scale residential, show flat design to large-scale commercial, the design duo have a wide range of projects in Hong Kong, China, Japan, and The UK.

The Design Project For La Cresta Sales Office In Hong KongThe initiative for this new low-density residential project was developed by the Nan Fung Development Ltd. & HKR International Ltd. Located at the heart of Kau To Shan, the La Cresta project is surrounded by lush greenery, where a high degree of privacy.

The Design Project For La Cresta Sales Office In Hong KongThe design concept of this sales office was inspired by the long history of development along the mountain and the unique urban landscape of Italy. That’s why the interior designers decided to incorporate elements that celebrate the tectonic qualities,  through streamlines and layered wall features, of the landscape and architecture built along the mountain.

The beige-colored leather brings movement and modernity to it, creating a distinctive character to this modern sales office project in Hong Kong!
